At SALROSA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy return and refund process for eligible orders.

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    • Size or fit issues
    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale / clearance
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

No Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or style, you can return the item and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Click the "Request return" on top right or email us at info@salrosa.in with your order details.
  2. Mention the reason for return (size issue / damage / etc.).
  3. Share images if the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions.
