Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Returns are accepted for:
- Size or fit issues
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during final sale / clearance
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
No Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If you need a different size or style, you can return the item and place a new order.
How to Request a Return
- Click the "Request return" on top right or email us at info@salrosa.in with your order details.
- Mention the reason for return (size issue / damage / etc.).
- Share images if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions.
